An Update From our President on How We are Handling COVID-19
Dear Customers,
At American Automotive Aftermarket, Inc. it is our goal to provide quality, professional and
timely installation of aftermarket products to our customers’ commercial vehicles. We also
care deeply about our customers and our staff — and the COVID-19 pandemic has
impacted all of us. As we all continue to grapple with this escalating health crisis, we want
to share an update on the steps we’re taking to protect our employees and customers as
we work through this unprecedented situation.
Our office hours will remain the same and our production has not been impacted. We will
continue to monitor incoming deliveries of product from our suppliers and communicate any
delays, if applicable. We believe in and institute a policy of total transparency when it
comes to customer communication as it pertains to each job’s progress. We also offer
pickup and delivery of your vehicle, as well as drop-box service for your convenience.
We have also implemented policies and practices following guidance from the CDC and
local public health authorities, which include:
Eliminating all non-essential business travel.
Postponing all off-site employee training.
Canceling all trade show events.
Implementing more extensive hygiene and cleaning practices in our sales office,
shop, and delivery vehicles.
Requiring any employee to remain at home if sick or if they have anyone close to
them sick.
Maintaining appropriate separation of employees.
Our sales and office staff are asked to use their own work station and phones.
No longer requiring customers to sign for any vehicle pick up or delivery so that we
continue to offer this service.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and make any necessary adjustments to
this plan as things evolve, to ensure the safety of both our team, our customers and
our communities. We appreciate your business, your patience, understanding and support
as our team navigates what is truly new ground for all of us. Please continue to stay safe
and healthy.
Sincerely,
Joe Scafidi, President
American Automotive Aftermarket, Inc.
