Company-Wide Changes Effective April 17, 2020

April 17, 2020

To our customers,
I hope you and your loved ones have remained safe and healthy during this extraordinary time. We
understand how important it is for you to make sure your business is still working and realize that the
full operation of your work vehicle (whether it be one truck or a large fleet) plays an integral role in your
company’s efficiency and success. We are working hard to continue to serve you while also focusing to
keep our staff and customers protected. We’ve made a number of changes to our operations over the
last few weeks as this pandemic has evolved.

Here’s what we’re doing. While we remain open for business, we are unable to accommodate
customers who wish to visit our sales office and showroom. We are very much set up to conduct a
majority of our business by telephone and email and can facilitate the sale and demonstration of all
products and truck solutions by utilizing manufacturers’ extensive websites along with media tools such
as video/facetime/zoom/messenger.

If you or your personnel are dropping off a vehicle that is scheduled to have equipment installed, please
use our secure after hour’s drop box which is located to the right of our office entrance, followed up with
a phone call to our sales department. Once a vehicle is dropped off, our check-in procedure has now
been adapted to include the disinfection of several touch points of said vehicle with products specifically
recommended by the CDC for those materials. Touch points include but are not limited to the following
depending on our product installation: vehicle interior and exterior door handles, steering wheel and
shifter.

If you are picking up a vehicle we have completed, please contact our office by email or telephone so
that arrangements for payment can be arranged, if applicable. We will make all preparations to
facilitate the pick-up of your vehicle by appointment so that your vehicle is ready for you when you
arrive without any sales staff interaction.

Changed work processes and safety protocols have been instituted per the CDC guidelines and our
partner ADP TotalSource to enable employees to continue to work safely. All our employees are
keeping at least a six-foot distance from each other. In addition, employees will cover their face with a
mask or cloth as recommended. Frequent handwashing procedures have been put in place for all
employees, hand sanitizer gel has been distributed to all employees along with all other appropriate
cleaning and disinfecting products. In addition, sales staff have been utilizing their own desks, phone
and computer equipment and have also been instructed to disinfect all contact areas regularly.
Our vehicle and delivery pick up staff have been equipped with masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer gel.
We have altered our delivery and pick up procedures so that it is no longer necessary to sign for a
vehicle we are picking up or dropping off so that proper social distancing can be maintained.
We fully appreciate the fact that we are all in this together. Thank you for your continued trust in
American Automotive Aftermarket for your commercial vehicle equipment needs. We wish the best to
you and your families.

Sincerely,
Joe Scafidi, President
