Please join us in extending a heartfelt thanks our next employee spotlight, Luis Cotto Vergara! Luis has been an integral member of our team since 2020, when he joined as an Installation Technician. Over the past four years Luis has been a model of thorough, detail-oriented work. His work-ethic is outstanding and appreciated by all, and he frequently goes above and beyond to get the job finished in record time. From being the first one here and the last to leave, to his meticulous care taken to reading and following manufacturer’s instructions, Luis’ consistent quality work is one of his proudest contributions to the AAA Work Trucks Team.
Beyond his skill and dedication as an employee, Luis is known for being kind, selfless, and a great listener. His coworkers describe him as being a hard worker who is more than willing to help out. Even our newest employees were quick to mention that he will stop to lend a hand if he notices someone in a pinch. Luis shared how much he appreciates working in a family-oriented environment where he feels valued as a person, not just an employee and it is evident that he shares the same values in the ways he interacts with others.
Those that have worked with Luis for any amount of time repeatedly express how impressive his quality of work is and how consistently it is achieved. He sets an extraordinary example as both a dedicated employee and family man. His commitment to his work is only outshone by his dedication to his family and children, with whom he enjoys spending every free moment with.
Luis and his family love visits to the park, movie days in, and a spontaneous weekend adventure! With a new baby boy welcomed earlier this year, they have only added to their fun. Outside of work and spending time with his family, Luis also enjoys going to the gym. He mentioned that he feels at peace at the gym and is thankful for this therapeutic habit of his and how it has immense benefits for his overall health as well!
