Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and directing them to the right salesperson
  • Manage vehicle check ins
  • Contacting customers for scheduling or part pickup
  • Sending out performance evaluation questionnaires after installation
  • Conducting reminder appointment calls two days prior to the appointment
  • Filing of Sales paperwork in proper location depending upon status
  • Meeting or trade show preparation and assembly of marketing materials
  • Taking payment upon vehicle pick-up
  • Data entry in Sage, assisting in the implementation of price changes, and weight updates
  • Assist with mailing of bills and statements
  • Answering, or referring phone inquiries
  • Retrieve, open and sort mailed correspondence
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies, checking stock, etc.
